Le principe de fonctionnement du rotary solenoid electromagnet is based on the principle of electromagnetic attraction. The electromagnetic attraction generated by the current-carrying iron core coil is used to manipulate the mechanical device to complete the expected action. When the coil is energized, the iron core and the armature are magnetized and become two magnets with opposite polarities, generating electromagnetic attraction between them. When the attraction is greater than the reaction force of the spring, the armature begins to move toward the iron core. When the current in the coil is less than a certain value or the power supply is interrupted, the electromagnetic attraction is less than the reaction force of the spring, and the armature will return to the original release position under the action of the reaction force. The specific process is as follows:
1.1.1- Magnetic field generation: When current passes through the stator coil, a magnetic field is generated around the coil. The direction of the magnetic field is determined by the direction of the current (following the right-hand rule).
1.1.2- Interaction between the magnetic field and the rotor: If the rotor is a permanent magnet, it will be subject to the force of the stator magnetic field and try to align with the stator magnetic field. If the rotor is a ferromagnetic material, it will be magnetized and subject to attraction or repulsion in the magnetic field.
1.1.3-Generation of rotational torque: By cleverly designing the arrangement of the stator coils and the direction of the current, the direction of the stator magnetic field can be continuously changed. The rotor is subjected to a continuous torque in the changing magnetic field, and thus begins to rotate.
1.1.4-Commutation and continuous rotation: In a DC motor, the commutator and brushes are used to switch the direction of the current to ensure that the rotor is always subjected to a driving torque during the rotation process, thereby maintaining continuous rotation. In an AC motor, the alternating current in the stator coil automatically generates a rotating magnetic field, driving the rotor to rotate.
Rotary Solenoid electromagnets are mainly composed of electromagnetic coils, iron cores, armatures, coils, terminal boxes, brush slip rings, etc.
1.2.1-Stator: The fixed part, usually containing coils, used to generate a magnetic field.
1.2.2-Rotor: The rotatable part, usually made of permanent magnets or ferromagnetic materials.
1.2.3-Commutator: Used to switch the direction of current to ensure that the rotor continues to rotate (common in DC motors).
1.2.4-Brushes: Contact with the commutator, used to supply power to the rotor (common in DC motors).
The advantages of rotary solenoid electromagnets mainly include the following aspects:
1.3.1-Simple structure: The rotating electromagnet is mainly composed of a rotating shaft, a permanent magnet, a stator pole shoe, a choke, a housing and a control coil. Its structure is relatively simple and easy to maintain and upgrade.
1.3.2-Simple operation: The working magnetic flux of the rotating electromagnet consists of two parts: the axial magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet and the radial magnetic flux generated by the stator winding. Through the differential superposition of the two, an electromagnetic torque that synchronously follows the rotating magnetic field is generated to achieve a simple operation mechanism.
1.3.3-Good stability: Due to the existence of electromagnetic force stiffness, the rotating electromagnet can suppress the parameter instability of the system, especially in the case of high frequency and high-speed rotation.
1.3.4-Energy saving and environmental protection: The rotating electromagnet can effectively integrate electrical energy and magnetic energy, realize efficient conversion and conservation of energy, and thus complete various specific angles of rotation on the basis of energy saving, which meets the needs of energy saving and environmental protection.
1.3.5-Versatility: The rotary electromagnet suction cup is not only suitable for harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, and high humidity, but also has a directional adsorption function, which can simplify the steps of manual charging and demagnetization and improve work efficiency. In addition, its design allows for angle adsorption to meet different processing requirements.
1.3.6-Long life and high reliability: The dual-bearing design and the bistable design of the permanent magnet make the service life of the rotary electromagnet very long, and the return spring will not cause power loss.
