Latching solenoids, or latching solenoids, are special electromagnet devices that can switch and maintain between two stable states without continuous power supply. Its working principle is based on the interaction between electromagnetic induction and permanent magnets. When the coil of the latching solenoids is energized, the magnetic field generated interacts with the magnetic field of the permanent magnet, thereby pushing the internal moving parts (such as the valve core or armature) to move to another position. Once the moving part reaches the new position, even if the coil is powered off, the moving part will remain in that position due to the magnetic force of the permanent magnet, achieving a latching effect.
