What is a push pull solenoid

Push Pull Solenoids, that is, push pull solenoids, is an electromagnet device that can produce both push and pull actions. Its working principle is based on electromagnetic induction and magnetic field. When current passes through the coil wound on the iron core, a magnetic field will be generated around the iron core, making the iron core magnetic. This magnetism can attract or repel iron or other magnetic materials, thereby achieving push-pull action.

Specifically, Push Pull Solenoids usually contain two relatively independent electromagnet parts: a push part and a pull part. When the coil of the push part is energized, the magnetic field generated will attract the moving parts (such as the push rod or armature) to move forward, realizing the “push” action; and when the coil of the pull part is energized, the magnetic field generated will repel the moving parts from moving backward, realizing the “pull” action. By controlling the on and off states of the two coils, the switching of push-pull actions can be flexibly achieved.

Packaging

Once the electromagnet passes all the tests, it will be carefully packed into a plastic box and tightly sealed by blister or sealing technology to ensure its safety and integrity during transportation. These products will then be properly placed in pre-selected boxes and clearly identified with corresponding labels.
