The core principle of electromagnet is the magnetic effect of current. When current passes through a coil, a magnetic field is generated around the coil. If an iron core is inserted into the coil, the iron core will be magnetized, further enhancing the strength of the magnetic field. By controlling the on and off and size of the current, the strength and direction of the magnetic field can be precisely adjusted. This characteristic enables electromagnets to achieve automatic control and efficient operation in home appliances.
