Designing

Assembly

The last key link in the manufacturing journey of electromagnets is the finished product assembly. This stage brings together many parts such as the wire package, slide rod assembly, and housing, which are assembled mechanically or manually to form a complete and high-performance electromagnet product.

Electromagnet testing

After the finished product is assembled, the electromagnet must undergo a series of rigorous tests to ensure that its performance and quality meet the standards. Only electromagnets that successfully pass all tests can be officially recognized as qualified products.

Packaging

Once the electromagnet passes all the tests, it will be carefully packed into a plastic box and tightly sealed by blister or sealing technology to ensure its safety and integrity during transportation. These products will then be properly placed in pre-selected boxes and clearly identified with corresponding labels.
