Der round tubular solenoid electromagnet is a device that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate electromagnetism. It is functionally the same as a push-pull electromagnet. A conductive winding matching its power is wound around the outside of the iron core. This coil with current flowing through it is magnetic like a magnet. It is also called a frame electromagnet. We usually make it into a bar or hoof shape to make the iron core easier to “magnetize”.
The round tube electromagnet (tubular electromagnet) adopts a round tube structure design. The working principle is the same as that of the frame electromagnet, both of which perform direct back and forth movements. Because the shell of this type of electromagnet is made of round iron tubes, there is no need to open molds for stamping, only CNC machine tools are needed for processing, and it can be processed into different sizes and styles according to different needs and standards.
Because of the tubular structure design, the winding space utilization rate is high, the coil part is open, the heat dissipation effect is good, and the magnetic lines of force are maximized. The use of high magnetic permeability materials and a conical magnetic circuit structure is a type of electromagnet with saturated magnetic circuits. Most of the electromagnetic energy is converted into magnetic energy. Although the product is small in size and light in weight, it has a larger stroke and attraction than conventional small electromagnets, and has the characteristics of high power and long life. The round tube electromagnet has a unique design shape, more stable characteristics, more reliable operation, and easier installation. In addition, the round tube shell provides good protection and anti-corrosion for the internal electromagnetic components, making it very suitable for use in small spaces and harsh environments.

4. Proofing: We make samples according to the specifications, and the production cycle is about 7 days.
5. Sample testing: If the sample test is qualified, a batch order will be placed. If it is unqualified, the sample will be remade.
6. Mass production: Sign a bulk purchase and sale contract.
