Working Principle Of Open Frame Solenoid
1.1.1-Electromagnetic Induction: Open frame solenoids work on the principle of electromagnetic induction. Its core component is the electromagnet coil, which is usually made of insulated copper wire. When current passes through the coil, a magnetic field is generated.
1.1.2-Magnetic Field and Iron Core: There is an iron core inside the electromagnet, which is usually cylindrical or toroidal. The shape and size of the iron core are designed according to application requirements. When current passes through the coil, a strong magnetic field is generated inside the iron core.
1.1.3-Magnetic Force: When the magnetic field is strong enough, it will generate an attractive force or thrust on the piston or rod outside the iron core. The magnitude of this force depends on the current strength, coil design and core geometry.
1.1.4-Control: The electromagnet can be controlled by an electronic controller (such as a relay) so that it can be energized to generate force when needed and de-energized to stop generating force when not needed.
The structure of Open Frame Solenoid mainly includes the following parts:
1.2.1-Coil: Made of insulated copper wire, it is the part that generates the magnetic field.

4.2. Provide requirements: Provide parameters such as voltage, force, stroke, on-off ratio and size.
4.3. Specification confirmation: We select and issue specifications according to requirements. Except for the outer frame size, other shaft sizes and lengths can be customized. If it is made according to a specific outer frame size, a mold needs to be opened.
4.4. Proofing: We make samples according to the specifications, and the production cycle is about 7 days.
4.5. Sample testing: If the sample test is qualified, a batch order will be placed. If it is unqualified, the sample will be remade.
4.6. Mass production: Sign a bulk purchase and sale contract.
